Thoughts on conscious technology development

“Random numbers are to a computer what free will is to a human being.”

Robert A. Heinlein
The Number of the Beast
(1980)

In a world where remote viewing, pendulums, dowsing rods, and symbolic machines seem to produce valuable outputs, psi technology can quickly become a distraction from the human instrument.

I don’t believe that the development of these systems can be approached as an engineering problem; it’s a consciousness problem.

Algorithms are rituals, and the programs and circuits that express them are like prayers. Their function is driven by the creator/operator’s need, desire, belief, and intent.

These are the underlying principles of my research, and I apply them throughout all my development work.

Sometimes psi-tech can look like RNGs and software. Other times it can look like tea leaves in the bottom of a cup.
